E3 2005 Retrospective

Join us as we reminisce on our experiences from this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo. Before sampling the insanity, however, take a gander at our mostly accurate tour of Nintendo's booth from the show. Mapped out by Ricardo Arenas and rendered in interactive 3D by Dean Bergmann, the booth map will give you a good idea of how things were laid out on the show floor. You'll need the latest version of the Macromedia Flash browser plugin to view the floor plan, which you can get here.

Part III: Ricardo's Clean Suitcase

Im not much of a make-my-way-through-a-crowd person, so I got separated from the group. As I waited there in the crowd there was, whom I think were Germans, to the right of me..."

Part IV: Dean's Preparations
"Im going to avoid talking about the contents of the show, as our coverage and no doubt other staffers will speak about it -- but Ill talk about the staff events, which is what youre reading this for. How did N-Sider live together for a week and not kill each other..."

Part V: Mark's Bottle Cap
"I was the only one who still believed in the Thursdayton so I figured I'd put a spin on the fiasco and post in the forums. I'd wager that some people, during reading that post, half-believed that I'd seen something significant..."
